Tres posibles respuestas:
1) tiene el dinero suficiente para viajar alrededor del mundo y lo hace como hobby, 2) vive en alguno de esos lugares y reconoce los sitios, 3) tiene el dinero, pero no le gusta viajar y le encarga a otro que lo haga por él. Me ofrezco para la tercera opción.
